Women’s Network of BiH (ŽMBiH) was adopted and began to work on 12th of September 2009 at the Conference under the same name and within the fourth PitchWise – festival of women’s arts BiH.
In the first half of the year 2009 the CURE Foundation, together with the twelve women’s groups from the network KTK launched the initiative to form a Women’s Network of BiH (WNBiH). Once the Platform and the Codes of conduct for members  have been created, WNBiH documents were adopted at the above mentioned conference and there are new members  joining the Network continuously. This was a long awaited event because the groups for women’s human rights have worked for more than an entire decade. During the meeting of WNBiH, the participants had the opportunity to talk with “sisters in action” from Croatia (Croatian Women’s Network), Serbia (Women in Black and Women’s  Work Network), Montenegro (Vavilon) and Macedonia (Antiko).
Platform and the Code of conduct, as well as the application form can be downloaded here (local language only ).
